Essential Job Responsibilities: Customer Service – Must maintain a cooperative relationship with guest and Associates. Deliveries – Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to guests, satellite stores, wholesale accounts and vendors. Responsible to keep an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups to include recipient’s signature on each delivery. Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery items. Truck maintenance -Responsible for maintaining the truck to include daily maintenance as well as advising Manger if there are any major repairs that need to be done Inventory – Responsible to assist with unloading, unpacking and stocking of incoming freight. Must confirm accuracy of packing slips, shipping invoices, vouchers, and back orders. Must maintain an accurate file for these documents to include checking payments received with the invoice. Obsolete parts must be returned on a timely basis to ensure eligibility of parts prior to return per supplier requirements. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year related experience is preferred. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and distance vision.
