Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a global leader in our field.   Your Schedule * 1st shift, 6:00AM – 2:30PM, Monday – Friday * Ability to work overtime during the week and Saturdays as needed Benefits: * Competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package: health/dental/life insurances, PTO, annual profit sharing, 10 holidays, 401k plan with employer match * Tuition reimbursement program * On-site walking trail and convenience cafeteria   About the Position  * Verify that lot cards have all previous operations signed off * Operate and maintain various parts washing equipment at their proper operating speed and feeds * Move containers using a fork truck * Works with department supervisor to coordinate washes with production schedules * Maintains Oakland wash system and supplies * Keep work areas and blanks storage clean and orderly * Complete all assigned P.M.’s and daily check lists   Requirements: * Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally * High school diploma or GED preferred * Ability to train and operate fork truck with prior experience a plus * Physical demands include repetitive lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, bending, standing for long periods of time, and frequently reaching with hands and arms  * Requires close vision   Growth * Be part of an innovative team. * Ability to operate in culture of safety. * Expand technical capabilities. * Working with and learning from experienced operators. * Develop leadership skills, that will allow you to focus on acquired knowledge and ability to adopt and implement new ideas.     “We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.” #LI-ONSITE 1st shift, 6:00AM – 2:30PM, Monday – Friday
