JOB SUMMARY

The Party & Café Manager is responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences by leading both our party/event operations and café services. This role combines sales, hospitality, and operations management — ensuring every guest has a safe, fun, and memorable time at Urban Air. From booking and coordinating birthday parties, church events, sports groups, and corporate outings, to overseeing food and beverage service at the Café, you will lead a team that delivers excellent service and drives results.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, restaurant, or hospitality management strongly preferred.
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell, serve, and resolve guest needs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, family entertainment environment.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver results.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment with frequent distractions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
