** Preferred experience with organizing events and birthday parties for children/ teens
We’re seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Party Host to join our esteemed team at Xstrike, located in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Party Host, preferably within the Entertainment/Leisure industry. As a Party Host, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and enjoyable execution of events and parties, providing exceptional service to our guests, and creating memorable experiences for all attendees.
Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Preparation

• Oversee all aspects of event planning and preparation, including setup, decoration, meal arrangements, and coordination to ensure a seamless experience.

Hosting and Organizing

• Host and organize birthday parties and other events for both children and adults, ensuring each event is enjoyable and memorable.
• Facilitate smooth transitions between different segments of the event, such as games, activities, and meal times, ensuring a well-paced and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless teamwork and collaboration in executing event activities and logistics.

Activities and Entertainment

• Organize and lead games, activities, and entertainment, tailored to the preferences and interests of the attendees.
• Monitor guest participation and adjust activities as needed to maintain high levels of engagement and enthusiasm throughout the event.

Post-Event Clean-Up

• Assist with post-event clean-up and resetting the venue to ensure it is ready for the next event.

Guest Engagement

• Maintain high levels of engagement and interaction with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Health & Safety

• Stay informed about relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with all necessary protocols to uphold the well-being of guests and staff members.

• An enthusiastic personality with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring clear and effective interactions.

Other requirements

• Highly fluent in English. Being bilingual is a plus.
• Available to work in shifts, on weekends & public holidays.
