JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for high-energy, customer-focused individuals to join our team in a multi-functional role as a Party Host, Reception Attendant, and Café Attendant. If you’re outgoing, organized, love working with kids, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Elev8 Play is the place for you!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 15+ years old (Experience preferred for café duties)
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
• Comfortable engaging with children and parents alike
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, outgoing and a great team player
• Must be available on weekends and holidays (our busiest times)
• Great opportunity for high school / college students
• No prior experience necessary—perfect for those starting out in the workforce

Party Host

• Greet birthday families and ensure parties run smoothly from start to finish
• Lead party activities and engage with children in a fun, energetic manner
• Serve food, cake, and beverages in a timely and organized way
• Maintain a clean and safe party area throughout the event
• Ensure the birthday child feels special and celebrated
• Handle setup and cleanup of party rooms

Reception Attendant

• Welcome guests with a positive attitude and assist with check-in procedures
• Provide information on pricing, packages, and play rules
• Manage bookings for parties and events (in person or over the phone)
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately
• Handle waivers, wristbands, and guest inquiries efficiently
• Ensure seating and entry areas are tidy and inviting

Café Attendant

• Prepare and serve drinks, snacks, and simple food items
• Follow proper food handling and hygiene standards
• Operate café equipment (coffee machines, toasters, etc.)
• Replenish supplies and restock items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café area
• Handle customer transactions with accuracy
