Job Title: General Manager – Party & Event Rentals
Location: Skagit County, WA
Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm + Saturdays 8:00am–2:00pm
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually, DOE
Start Date: Flexible – Seeking the right long-term fit
Are you a hands-on leader with experience in the event and party rental industry? A well-established rental company in Skagit County is looking for a seasoned General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a growing team, and ensure smooth coordination for everything from weddings to large-scale festivals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3–5 years of experience in the party and event rental industry
Strong leadership, time management, and customer service skills
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with event setup logistics
Ability to lift 70 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must pass a drug screening and have consistent, reliable attendance
Must be comfortable working 50–55+ hours per week
