Role name and descriptionTax Senior – The primary role of a Tax Senior is to ensure accuracy of tax deliverables and supervise, develop and mentor staﬀ. Drive the tax return production process, review all types of tax returns and other tax deliverables•Develop and supervise staﬀ on all technical, client service and engagement management skills. Assist the Manager in engagement management•Communicate directly with the engagement teams in other oﬃces Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions•Coach and mentor team members•Facilitate problem solving and co-ordination•Be a role model and spearhead by example Skills and attributes for successEﬀective communication skills by being articulate, thoughtful and adapting communications to target audiences; interacting eﬀectively in person, by phone and in writing- including chattingGood systematic, numeric and teaming skillsTo qualify for the role, you must haveAdequate work experience in expat tax law concepts include but not limited to concepts such as Foreign Earned Income exclusion, Foreign tax credit, passive foreign investments etc. Adequate work experience in inpat tax laws including but not limited to concepts such as Non- resident tax returns in combination with tax treaty applications, etc. Graduates or Postgraduates preferred Ideally, you’ll also have Basic MS oﬃce knowledge What we look for AnchorWe look for candidates with proven capabilities of leading a team.
