Job Description PASANTE DE UNIDAD DE NEGOCIO DE VACUNAS Soporte operativo en áreas claves del negocio. Generación de un reporte ejecutivo del cumplimiento de objetivos mensuales de venta de la franquicia de Vacunas Colaboración en : Consolidación de información de respaldo de los HCP que participarán en eventos nacionales e internacionales. Elaboración de Reportes Tracking de participación de HCP en actividades de EMC Propias. Generar OCs, PPR, que sean requeridas por el tipo de servicio prestado por un Speaker, Consultor o Sociedad Científica. Material Promocional Seguimiento al flujo de aprobación del Material en Promomats. Mantener File actualizado de los materiales digitales disponibles y comunicación a la fuerza de ventas de las fechas programadas de los envíos a los HCP Revisión periódica de la vigencia de los materiales promocionales y accesos a todos los links relacionados. KPI Fuerza de Ventas - Canales Digitales – Base de Datos CRM - Generación de Reportes sobre cumplimientos de KPI ( AE Open Rate , CTR , Uso de CLM) Soporte en la Validación de Información actualizada en CRM Veeva .
