JOB TITLE: SCHOOL RUN PASSENGER ASSISTANTS WANTED

We provide safe and reliable school transport services and are currently looking for Passenger Assistants to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to support children—many with special educational needs (SEN)—on their daily school journeys. Working alongside a driver, you will ensure each passenger’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing at all times.

• Supervising and assisting children during journeys
• Supporting with boarding, securing seat belts, and clamping wheelchairs (if required)
• Being a friendly, reassuring presence for both children and families
• Communicating effectively with schools, parents, and our operations team
  Full training and support will be provided to successful candidates.
  Reports to: Controllers Department & SEN Department Manager
  Responsible for: Safe supervision and care of passengers during transport
  Main Purpose of the Job
  To escort and support passengers—particularly vulnerable or SEN pupils (from mild to severe needs)—to and from school, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the journey.
