We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Passenger Assistant to provide exceptional support and assistance to passengers, ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with passengers of all ages and backgrounds.
  • A patient and empathetic approach when assisting individuals in need of support.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by operational needs.
