Overview Community First Solutions, Fleet is looking for a full-time Passenger Drivers to join their team. The Fleet provides an array of transportation services to our clients and residents in the Butler County area. Services include transportation of clients, the delivery of Meals on Wheels, company interoffice mail, and Community First Pharmacy prescriptions. This employee will work work under the direction of the dispatchers/schedulers as well as appropriate supervisors and are expected to work as part of the team of drivers to ensure appropriate transportation coverage. Assist clients with special needs such as: access to and from home, package delivery, etc. Pharmacy/Inter-office Mail Deliveries Pick up prescription medication secured in small totes and use an electronic tablet to process prescription payments when needed upon delivery. Pick up and distribute envelopes and/or small packages to the appropriate business units within Community First Solutions Companies. Meals on Wheels & Hospice Food Deliveries Deliver choice meals (frozen, chilled, hot, and/or therapeutic) to clients in a safe, friendly, responsible, and timely manner. Document the time of each delivery and report to supervisor any unusual circumstances or inability to deliver the specified meals. Deliver shelf stable meals to clients 3 to 4 delivery weeks per year. Deliver donated gifts to clients during the Christmas Holiday season as part of the Giving Tree program. Distribute communication items to client’s residence during meal deliveries (i.e. menus, holiday letters, satisfaction surveys, other reminders, etc Qualifications Must have a High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver’s licensure with proof of Auto Must be 21 years of age or older Must understand and be able to access email, use a GPS device, electronic tablets and learn new technology as it relates to the job.
