Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school or provincial equivalency and/or experience in customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with passengers and provide accurate information.
  • Strong work ethics, with a sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, even in high-pressure situations that may involve prolonged standing or walking.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and French; additional language skills such as German, Italian, Arabic, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Hungarian, Serbian, Farsi, Turkish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc., would be considered an asset.
  • Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry, including familiarity with Amadeus, Saber, Galileo, and ticketing systems, is beneficial.
  • Possession of a driver’s license or higher is advantageous.
  • Proximity to Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting passengers, including unaccompanied minors and individuals requiring wheelchair assistance; directing them, and making necessary announcements during operations.
  • Registering passengers in the computer system and ensuring accurate documentation for efficient and organized operations.
  • Ensuring tasks are performed in accordance with the company’s specific procedures and policies.
  • Maintaining a professional image at all times and adhering to company uniform standards.
  • Attending mandatory training sessions mandated by the company based on job role.
  • Flexibility to work seven days a week, with the ability to adapt to varying hours.
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the company.
