Description

Air Arabia needs energetic Passenger Service Agents to manage the check-in counters, weigh traveler baggage, and ensure fast and safe boarding at Sharjah International Airport.

Daily Airport Tasks

  • Stand at the departure gates to scan paper boarding passes and check traveler faces against their official passport photos.
  • Weigh large suitcases on the moving belt and stick the correct destination barcode tags tightly on the bag handles.
  • Stop passengers who bring oversized backpacks into the airplane cabin and charge them the correct penalty fee at the counter.
  • Walk down the glass tunnel to count the total number of people entering the airplane and tell the pilot when the doors can be safely closed.

Rules for Selection

  • Attention to Detail: You must never make a mistake reading a visa paper, because sending someone to a country without the right permission causes massive fines.
  • Time Management: Budget airlines fly very fast, so you must be able to organize and board 150 people onto the aircraft in less than twenty minutes.
  • Conflict Handling: Knowing how to stay calm, smile, and speak politely when angry travelers complain about paying for extra luggage weight.

What the Airline Offers

  • Basic Income: 3,000 to 4,500 AED fixed monthly pay, plus extra money for working night and weekend shifts.
  • Company Support: Cheap travel opportunities, an exciting and busy airport environment, and steady career growth in the aviation sector.
