Description Perform reservation duties and assist passengers with flight changes, seat upgrades and confirmation. Assist and check in embarking passengers by performing all related duties. Attend to gate and perform all related duties including but not limited to the operation of the loading bridges. Provide information to passengers in a manner directed by the client and/or the company. Maintains excellent labor relations by being professional and courteous to all by always treating individuals with respect, by making sure passengers issues are addressed immediately. Perform cash and ticketing duties in the manner prescribed by the airline and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist passengers with mishandled baggage procedures and initial tracing entries. Perform reservation duties in the manner prescribed by the airline. · Assist passengers with mishandled baggage procedures and initial tracing entries. · Perform baggage tracing and related functions to satisfy passengers concerns and complaints. Assist and direct disembarking passengers from aircraft through airport facilities and perform all associated duties. Attend to all special needs and physically challenged passengers. Operate customer departure control and airline computer system as required. Requirements Must be able to work weekends Must be at 18 years of age Customer Experience Preferred
