Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
  • Verify that passengers’ documents are all in order for flight check-in.
  • Front-desk duties at exclusive premier lounges.
  • Meet and greet passengers at lounges reception.
  • Assist passengers with special needs when required to.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Local NITEC or Higher NITEC (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
  • Candidates with Local Diploma will be considered for Officer role.
  • Cheerful with pleasant communication skills
  • Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
  • 6-days work week, including overnight and weekend shifts
  • Location: Changi Airport
