PASSENGER SERVICES ASSISTANT – FULL-TIME (6 MONTH CONTRACT)

Salary: £27,305 per annum

The schedule
Full-Time Passenger Services Assistants work an average of 37.5 hours per week in shifts, to cover either early morning or late-night opening hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• welcoming and checking-in passengers
• handling bookings, answering queries, and dealing with complaints, both in person and over the phone
• supporting smooth port operations, including boarding
• working closely with colleagues to deliver a safe, timely, and exceptional service

What we’re looking for

• Professional, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Calm, practical problem-solver who can work under pressure
• Strong team player with a positive, proactive approach
• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service role beneficial
• French or Spanish language skills are a bonus (but not essential)
