We are now on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Passenger Services Supervisor to join our vibrant Passenger Services team based at London Heathrow Airport!
About the role:
You will play a pivotal role supervising all activities within Passenger Services department (check‐in, boarding, and transfers). To re‐roster and allocate staffing per skillset within the daily Passenger Services activity on shift, and to ensure Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, health & safety, agreed quality standards and performance targets to ensure overall customer satisfaction in combination with operational cost efficiency.
This role requires flexibility relating to rosters and working hours in order to fulfil the varying operational requirements. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and technical ability within relevant DCS systems. Knowledge of visa and passport regulations will be a key requirement although full training will be provided.
Hours of Work: Full-time (37.5hours/week) - Rotating Roster. Early shifts starting from 4am.

What will make you successful as our Passenger Services Supervisor:

  • Expert knowledge of DCS systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a difficult and demanding environment
  • Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of company procedures of all customer airlines and service level agreements
  • Proven experience in all areas of Passenger Services
  • Experience of supervising medium/large numbers of staff
  • Good organisational skills
  • Allocating staff experience (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 years customer service – face-to-face experience
