The Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

• Provide one-to-one support tailored to each individual’s goals
• Engage clients in meaningful activities, community outings, and skill-building exercises
• Build genuine relationships based on trust, respect, and positive encouragement
• Create a safe, uplifting environment—where smiles and laughter are part of every day!

Who We’re Looking For

• A passion for helping others and a heart full of compassion
• Positive energy and creative ideas to brighten each client’s day
• Strong communication skills, a team-spirit, and respect for each person’s unique journey
• Certificate III (or above) in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent experience (NDIS experience is a bonus!)

What We’re NOT After

We’re not looking for support workers who:

• Don’t genuinely enjoy being with and supporting participants
• Spend their shift distracted by their phone instead of engaging
• Lack empathy, enthusiasm, or a proactive approach to making each day better
