In 2023 we expanded our operations to Singapore and now are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service/Administration Assistant. As an organization, we are dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate flight transportation solutions for pets, ensuring their well-being throughout their journey.

Job Description: As the Customer Service/Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the smooth operation and growth of our Singapore branch. You will assist in administrative tasks, customer service duties, and logistical coordination to ensure our clients and their pets receive exceptional care and service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience (preferred minimum 2 year) in customer service, administration, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• A genuine love for pets and a dedication to their well-being. We need to know you love pets! email us or put it in a Cover Letter!
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Prior experience with dogs and cats through pet ownership, or work in related fields.
• Available to start work soon.
