Responsibilities
  • Raise and manage purchase orders and invoice receipts.
  • Keep paperwork and digital files up-to-date and organised.
  • Review completed job reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor CASH system data to help generate reports for the Department Manager.
  • Cross-check timesheets vs. vehicle tracker and system records.
  • Handle and file survey data efficiently.
  • Work with the Stock Controller to organise materials and supplies.
  • Provide general administrative and data entry support to keep everything running smoothly.
