Position Summary: Altamira is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor possesses certifications in multiple specialized, technical capabilities that will contribute direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day workforce. Contingent upon contract award.
Position Description: The Passive Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain qualification records for geolocation operator proficiency improvement, develop course curriculum and training references; provide advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT operations; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of multi-mode collection and language-enabled passive geolocation operations. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts.

Required Qualifications: The Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor will possess the following capabilities:

• Five (5) years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions
• Two (2) years instructor experience or instructor certification passive geolocation technologies and operations
• Must hold a Passive Geolocation Certification, or be eligible for recertification
• Must achieve Passive Geolocation Instructor Certification within 30 days of assignment
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current or previous experience as a certified instructor supporting the training and operational support to one or more geolocation technologies
• Ability and willingness to obtain multiple geolocation specialized certifications
