• Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure uniformity and excellence
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section,adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols
• Train and mentor junior team members within your section
• Assist with stock control,ordering,and waste reduction as required
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal updates
