REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Pasteuriser Operator in the dairy or food industry, or similar technical food manufacturing roles.
• Experience working with separator and chilling units.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and food safety principles.
• Confident problem-solving and communication skills.
• A motivated, practical, and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

• Operate and monitor pasteurisation, separator, and chilling units.
• Complete batching and other processing duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and quality compliance.
• Carry out in-process checks, record keeping, and troubleshooting.
• Work collaboratively to keep production running smoothly and safely.
