  JOB SUMMARY Kemps has immediate job openings for well-versed machine operators to perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. A few job responsibilities include receiving incoming raw milk, run tests on raw milk including DMC, T.A., Charm Antibiotic Test, Cryoscope Check incoming loads for temp. and off odors. Cleaning of work areas and equipment and load trucks for shipment. HTST2 perform all procedures and figuring and tests in standardizing products; making cultured products; Operating HTST2 and filling out all necessary paperwork. Operating HTST, Separators, Operation of UF-RO. Operating CIP system, completing all PASS sheets and running all test required in operating and cleaning separators, standardizing products, UF-RO, and intake equipment.  Other duties assigned.   By joining DFA, you can help us continue to make a difference that matters.
