Meadow Gold Dairy in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring for an adaptable Sanitation Technician (Sanitation-Plant) to perform all purpose duties to include proper clean-up and sanitation tasks to ensure optimum quality products. Will learn the cleanup and sanitation of all equipment. Will be licensed in the state of Utah within 6 months as a pasteurizer. Will be a Receiver one day a week. Will receive tankers and take inventory of holdover product. Will be responsible for the product you make. Will complete all paperwork including lot numbers, solids, and butterfat tests.    SCHEDULE: Wed, Th, Fri, Sat 2 AM-12 PM Days Off: Sunday-Monday-Tuesday   COMPENSATION:   $29.15/hour + $0.50/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6pm-5am   BENEFITS: * Union pension plan - fully funded by the employer * Competitive pay  * Paid vacation and holidays* * Career growth opportunities – we promote from within! * Comprehensive healthcare benefits - company pays 80% of premium. * Employee referral program Qualifications An Equal Opportunity Employer   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or GED preferred  * Effective verbal and written communications skills  * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  * Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks  * Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend for extended periods  * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary  * Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays  * Will frequently be exposed to cleaning chemicals
