We are looking for a compassionate, spiritual, and professional person to join the Pastoral Care team, working with the Facility Manager and care team to respond effectively to the diverse emotional, spiritual and religious needs of our residents, and their families. Applicants must have a sound understanding of our Mission and a genuine commitment to the service of the aged, vulnerable, and poor. Things that work for us This is a permanent part-time position offering a minimum of 20 hours per week (approximately three days). There is flexibility in both working days and hours; however, Monday and Friday are the preferred working days. Available to work on site Attainment of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) qualification, or equivalent training in the care of the sick, the dying, and the grieving (Essential). Tertiary studies in Theology (highly regarded).
