Description:
The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day administration, customer service, and database management for the pastoral care department. The Coordinator is the first point of contact for customer support, and will utilize their superior skills in customer service to solve problems in a caring and timely way. The Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing applications for the Employee Sunshine Fund, managing patient and employee support referrals, coordinating volunteer activity and activity tracking, and assisting with setting up and support for meetings and events. The Coordinator will assist Departmental leadership with tracking of key productivity and performance indicators. The coordinator will assist department leadership on all matters relating to the Charity Care Program. Estimated pay range for this position is $20.32 - $24.59 / hour depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Two years or more of experience in administrative/office management and support.
  • Exceptional organizational, professional and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of MS Tools and (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (i.

  • Highly organized, able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies/software tools.
