We are looking for a Pastoral lead to work at our Olympus School based in South Croydon

OLYMPUS IS AN INDEPENDENT SPECIALIST DAY SCHOOL PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATION FOR BOYS AND GIRLS. BASED IN SOUTH CROYDON, THE SCHOOL MEETS THE DIVERSE NEEDS OF PUPILS AGED 11-19 WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS (SEN) INCLUDING SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL HEALTH (SEMH) NEEDS.

In this key role you will support the management of the pastoral welfare requirements at our school, strategically and operationally. You will ensure that the ethos and standards are delivered at the school. You’ll be a pivotal figure in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, empowering students to reach their full potential.
