ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Recent and relevant experience of working with young people
• A practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities within education
• A strong commitment to equality, inclusion, and safeguarding
• Confidence in supporting literacy, numeracy, and social skill development
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
• Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
