The Pastry Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Pastry Chef in the daily activities of the pastry kitchen and is responsible for the production and presentation of pastries and other baked goods. The Pastry Assistant will possess a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail and have a passion for the highest level of achievement in all areas of pastry and cake production.
