OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our newly renovated bakery.
The ideal candidate will have previous baking experience, with a focus in pastries, donuts, various desserts and cakes.
This position requires a pro-active approach, creativity, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize large batch baking & custom orders, and a commitment to high-quality results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, cake decorating, and food preparation methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under a deadline.
  • Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
