REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pastry or bakery kitchen (hotel or restaurant preferred).
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various pastries, breads, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support the Pastry Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
• Manage inventory and inform the supervisor of any stock shortages.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
