Gives operational support in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the property. Qualifications Your experience and skills include; Previous 5-star Hotel experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure. More than 5 years experience in the same role.
