Job Description Develop creative pastry and bakery menus across all dining occasions, including breakfast, lunch, à la carte, dinner service, Chocolate Hour, Beyond Meetings coffee breaks, and all banquet and event offerings Create and deliver memorable, visually refined pastry and bakery products aligned with Mövenpick’s Signature Chocolate Hour standards Demonstrate advanced bakery and pastry techniques at an artistic level with exceptional attention to detail Plan and manage pastry and bakery operations effectively to ensure smooth daily execution Assign and delegate tasks smartly to the team, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and consistent quality Lead, train, and develop the pastry and bakery team to enhance skills, creativity, and performance Ensure strong teamwork, clear communication, and effective task delegation within the pastry section Enforce strict compliance with HACCP and food safety standards at all times Consistently deliver high-quality, detail-driven products that elevate the overall guest experience Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury hotel environment.
