ABOUT US:

We’re a new café opening soon in the heart of Rittenhouse Square. Our focus is on specialty coffee, fresh-baked pastries, and creating a warm, welcoming space for the neighborhood. We’re looking for a talented Part-Time Pastry Chef to help us launch our pastry program and grow with us.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has a strong foundation in baking, and wants creative input in a new and evolving menu. You’ll be responsible for prepping and producing pastries and baked goods for daily service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a pastry or baking role
  • Strong baking and pastry fundamentals
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work early mornings (shifts start between 5:00–6:00 AM)
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Comfortable working in a small, startup-style kitchen
