Morningside Bakery and Wood-Fired Pizza (formerly Gourmet Provence) has been a beloved staple in the heart of Brandon, VT, for over 16 years. Under new family ownership for nearly three years, we’re proud to carry on its traditions while looking toward the future. While our original bakers/pastry chefs prepare for retirement, we’re seeking the next creative and passionate soul to join our team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A driven, skilled, and friendly baker who loves working in a small-town, family-run environment.
- Someone eager to learn and carry on our tried and true recipes while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Cake decorating, cookie artistry, and bread-making skills (gluten-free/vegan) are a huge plus. Needed and welcomed.
- Someone willing to train with both of our bakers under their supervision until they move onto their next chapters (approx one year).
What We Offer:
- $18-$24/hour, depending on experience and skill level, with room to grow.
