JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a wide variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for creating excellent baked products for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Needs to have experience as a baker(commercial bakery experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality products
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and specialty items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Measure, mix, and shape ingredients using bakery equipment and tools

  • Decorate and finish baked goods as required
  • Ensure freshness, proper storage, and rotation of products

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area and equipment
  • Assist with inventory management and reporting ingredient shortages
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Uphold the bakery’s reputation for quality and consistency
