We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality baked goods that meet our standards of excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction through both taste and presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Asian pastry production or baking within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with food production processes, including preparation techniques and equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the culinary industry.
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
  • Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
