Ensuring the success of our products by following the recipes and correctly weighing ingredients mixes, including cake sponge, cup cake sponge, fruit flan, ganache, puff pastry, shoe pastry, danish and many more. You also need to meet the following requirements which include the above mentioned and completed certificate III or higher in patisserie or at least 5 years experience in producing cakes and cake decorating with proven experience as Pastry cook , baker or relevant role and have Australian work rights.
