• Managing production schedule for all dough and desserts

Qualifications

• Pastry experience required
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments 35-50 hours / wk
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
