We are currently seeking a skilled and talented Pastry Chef to join our team at AYANA Komodo, located in the breathtaking Komodo Island, Indonesia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department and ensuring the production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership, and passion for pastry to deliver a delightful experience for our guests. Prior experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge and skills in pastry and bakery production, including a variety of desserts, bread, and confections. Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate the pastry team. Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for creating unique and delicious pastry creations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
