Responsibilities

As part of a 10-person pastry team, you’ll contribute to the full production process — from scaling and mixing dough to lamination, proofing, baking, garnishing, and executing mise en place. Our focus is on croissants and other laminated viennoiserie, and we provide a structured yet creative space for you to work and evolve your craft.
