Baker Bleu is seeking to hire a full time Qualified Chef to work within its Caulfield north bakery. Pastry skills are a must for this role as you will be responsible for the production, proving, baking and garnishing of a range of pastry products and baked goods.
This role is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be a qualified chef - A pastry qualification isn’t a requirement, however previous experience working with pastry is a must.
You will be responsible for the production, proofing, baking and garnishing of a range of pastry items and baked goods, in addition to a range of savoury items including sandwhiches and sourdough pizza.
