POSITION SUMMARY

The Pastry Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of artisan breads, pastries, and plated desserts for our guests, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a scratch kitchen, works well under pressure, and has a passion for traditional yet innovative baking.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive motions as required in baking and pastry preparation

Responsibilities
  • Prepare artisan breads, desserts, and pastries from scratch according to recipes and standards
  • Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized pastry station
  • Ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of all baked goods
  • Follow instructions from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef and collaborate with the kitchen team
  • Rotate and properly store all ingredients and products
  • Assist with daily cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of the pastry area
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
