Fuful Bakery is a new bakery-café opening in Boston’s Financial District, specializing in French-inspired croissants, pâtisserie, and specialty coffee. We’re passionate about quality, creativity, and bringing fresh flavors to our community. We’re now seeking an experienced pastry chef to lead our pastry program and grow with us.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Pâtisserie Chef will be responsible for leading the pâtisserie line, including mousse cakes, tarts, entremets, and seasonal pastry creations. This role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment.
You will work closely with the Head Baker to maintain quality standards, manage daily production, and contribute to menu innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional pâtisserie experience (mousse, entremets, tarts).
  • Strong technical pastry skills (mousse stability, glazing, decoration).
  • Eye for detail, aesthetics, and flavor balance.
  • Ability to manage production schedules and maintain efficiency.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive

Preferred Skills

  • Culinary school certification or professional training in baking.
  • ServSafe Certified.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams
