QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a pastry cook in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, cake decorating skills, and food preparation methods.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset for developing new dessert ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
