WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN A DAY IN THIS ROLE:

In this casual Pastry Chef role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods that delight and satisfy our guests—ensuring each creation offers a memorable experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
• Eye for detail and strong time management with a genuine enthusiasm for contemporary cooking
• A strong desire to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
• Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster, between the hours of 5am – 3pm
