We are recruiting. This is a great chance for an experienced Pastry Chef or baker to join our award winning restaurant in a beautiful location in Stirlingshire. If you are passionate about patisserie? Experienced and adept at creating delightful, decadent breads, pastries, cakes and desserts? Interested in taking your career to the next level? Have previous experience working in fine dining/Rosette/Michelin restaurant or hotel, then Monachyle Mhor Hotel would love to hear from you.
Along with delivering our dessert and pastry menu to the highest standards, and to budget, working alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guests.
We are looking for individuals who can work a section and work as a key member of a busy team.
