ST HONORE SOURDOUGH BAKERY

We want a person who has a creative flair and passion for food. Is energetic and outgoing and can work in with the team in continuing to make these delicious pastry products. Our current pie ,sausage roll , Croissants and danish , maker does everything from scratch by hand, even assembly. You may come up with a different method giving similar results.

Skills/experience

  • Excellent understanding of modern pasty and pie making operation
  • Qualified Pastry Chef, skilled in making pastry from scratch
  • Cooking pie fillings and Pastry from scratch
  • Experience with industrial bakery equipment
  • Previous experience in pie making a definite advantage
  • Ability to work with the team in getting the product out on time
  • Ability to cost up products and make budgeted GP
