This is an exciting opportunity to bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and energy to a unique Function, Wedding, Restaurant, and Golf venue set within 1,000 acres of stunning woodland in the heart of Yorkshire. Working closely alongside our experienced Head Chef, you will help inspire a forward-thinking kitchen team and consistently deliver the highest standards to our guests. You’ll have the opportunity to create your own desserts, ice creams, sorbets, breads, and petit fours, while contributing to a dynamic and creative kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Running the Pastry section, producing high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and ice creams Demonstrating passion, creativity, and attention to detail in all pastry work Supporting other sections of the kitchen as required Training and developing team members on the pastry section Maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards Working collaboratively to ensure consistent excellence across all services About You Ideally 3 years’ experience in a similar Pastry Chef position Background in fresh food establishments Strong ability to train, instruct, and motivate other team members Creative flair with a genuine passion for pastry Hardworking, driven, and committed to high standards Full driving licence required as public transport can be an issue The Venue Is Home To : Restaurant (110 covers), recently refurbished alongside our main kitchen Three function rooms hosting private parties, conferences, and weddings An 18-hole golf course and members’ sports bar A new interactive Chef’s Table concept bar, delivering bespoke tasting menus, wine pairings, and seasonal events About Chefs for Chefs Chefs for Chefs are committed to promoting equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality, or disability.
